My work involves stakeholder management at senior leadership levels, prioritisation of value-driven features, governance alignment, and ensuring measurable business outcomes in complex, regulated environments.Prior to HSBC, I spent close to five years at Deloitte Risk Advisory, where I worked with global clients across Life Sciences and Financial Services. I supported large-scale transformation initiatives involving process redesign, business intake frameworks, data-driven decisioning, and leadership dashboards—helping organisations improve efficiency, control, and transparency.I hold an MBA in General Management from XLRI, complemented by a Mechanical Engineering degree from VIT University.
