About Rahul Ranjan Sahoo
At the end, my job involves people and a human element can never be replaced in any job. Inspired by the traits of identifying talent among the crowd, managing people during events, inquisitiveness to understand the rationale behind forecasting manpower numbers, I chose the field of HR. Having more than 3 years of corporate experience and having completed my MBA from one of the premier B-Schools in India, I am in the process of enhancing my skillsets while also trying to get industry exposure and I know, there is a long way ahead. I am well-versed in negotiations, managing relations with stakeholders, planning, and building relations which I have acquired through my tenure as a part of placement committee during my graduation and under graduation.Currently, I am working as a Sr Associate HRBP where I manage the employee lifecycle and certain COE functions- My stint has helped me gain a holistic view of all the domains at a fundamental level from inception to implementation- My exposure has helped me gain a detailed understanding of policies & procedures, nuances of business, day to day training needs, employee grievances, etc. I am a pragmatic and calm-minded person whose focus is to keep a balance between process orientation and people management.I am open to exploring opportunities and having conversations.
