HYDROGEN GENERATION UNIT• Produces pure hydrogen (H2) from various feedstocks, including natural gas and naphtha. • Converts feedstock into syngas using hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and reforming units. • Utilizes catalysts for steam-methane reforming (SMR) and desulfurization. • Employs reactors and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) for hydrogen purification. • Generates high-pressure steam for plant use and export, enhancing efficiency with specialized catalysts.DIESEL HYDRO DESULPHURIZATION UNIT • Produces low-sulfur diesel and kerosene from diverse feedstock blends.• Processes straight-run kerosene and gas oil from crude/vacuum distillation units handling Mumbai High and Arab Heavy crude.• Utilizes light coker gas oil and coker light naphtha from the delayed coker unit (Arab Heavy crude).• Incorporates kero stream from heavy coker gas oil hydro-treater and light cycle oil (LCO) from the PFCC unit.• Treats disulfide oil-rich straight-run heavy naphtha from SR LPG caustic/amine treatment units.
