About Rahul Raj Srivastava
As an R&D Engineer at Siemens Gamesa, I collaborate with global engineering teams to design and develop power electronics and generator control solutions for renewable energy systems. I have contributed to various projects, such as a hybrid energy storage system, a torque ripple control, and a generator unbalance monitoring, using MATLAB/Simulink as a key tool for modeling, simulation, and testing. I have also applied my expertise in battery management systems, ancillary services, and PV modeling and simulation to enhance the performance and reliability of the solutions.I hold a Master of Technology degree in Power Electronics from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, where I also gained a year of experience as a Teaching Assistant. I supported students in learning the fundamentals and applications of power electronics and handled the Machines Lab as one of the assistants. I am passionate about learning new technologies and proactively contributing ideas and knowledge for the growth of the organization, the industry, and myself.
