Today we stand as one of Europe\'s fastest growing talent acquisition firms.Responsibilities-> Handling Permanent, Contract & Temporary recruitment for various verticals including but not limited to Management Consulting, IT Services, Computer Software, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Aviation, Telecommunications etc-> Interacting with hiring managers, other recruiters-> Training and mentoring the new hires in the team-> Keeping a track of team member’s & distributing the requirement to recruiters and fulfilling the requirement and achieving the desired target. Develop sourcing strategies for all recruiters-> Doing a proper analysis for the requisites & profiles-> Sourcing candidates from Job boards, Social Media, Networking sites, Referrals-> Provide out-of-the-box sourcing strategies (posting to free sites, Headhunting, email networking, etc.)-> Posting Advertisement on job portals & accordingly sourcing the resumes-> Conducting preliminary interview & sourcing the right profiles-> Maintaining Candidates records-> Verification of candidates and giving client-specific instructions.• Develop and execute search strategies globally to identify, attract, select and hire world-class executive talent.• Partner with senior level management on high-profile leadership requisitions and assist them in determining and fulfilling their talent needs.• Create structure and rigor around candidate management / experience.• Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.• Gathering the requirements from hiring manager/accounts manager, screeningthe requirements and Sourcing out promising profiles within the time frame.
