About Rahul Rahangdale
As a Senior Lead - People Development at Tiger Analytics, I am responsible for designing and implementing learning and development interventions for the Technology Consulting and Experience Consulting groups. I partner with business leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to identify the learning needs, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing the skills and competencies of our consultants.I have more than five years of experience in human resources, spanning across people management, manpower planning and recruitment, organization management, performance management, and grievance redressal. I started my career as an Executive Trainee-HR at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where I handled various HR functions and projects, such as SAP HR, PCMM, manpower analytics, and new initiative cell. I also worked as a Project Management Consultant at Tata Trusts, where I supported the project execution and monitoring of various social sector initiatives.My goal is to leverage my HR expertise and analytical skills to develop talent and enable performance for Tiger Analytics and its clients.
