Recently I have been working in Cognizant as a AWS cloud engineer. I have completed AWS solution architect associate SAA-C01, AWS Sys-Ops Admin Associate, Microsoft Azure 900 Fundamental and ITIL V4 Foundation certifications. Skilled in AWS administration, Microsoft Azure, Linux and Windows OS, Active Directory and i have more than 6 years of experience in the AWS administration (IAAS)/AWS Sys-Ops domain. AWS Technical Skills: • Types of EC2 instances and Types of purchase based EC2 instances, Security group and IAM, • How to create EC2 instance with different AMI and attach/detach extra volume in existing EC2 instance/virtual Machine, • AWS EC2 instances launch using SSH, Types of VPC: Default and custom VPC • How to create VPC using NAT, NACL and how to create subnet, internet gateway, route table inside VPC in specific region • VPC peering within the same region/account or different region/account. • Types of storage: S3, EBS, EFS, Snowball and Types of S3: S3, S3-IA, S3-IA one Zone, Glacier, deep archived glacier, intelligent tiering, S3 bucket creation by console and using CLI, S3 cross region replication, Life cycle management, S3 bucket policy and S3 transfer acceleration. • Types of EBS volume: Root and non-root volume, how to create AMI to EC2 instances, snapshot of EC2 instances, snapshot of EBS volume. • Auto-scaling: launch configuration and auto-scaling policies (Target tracking, simple and step scaling) and Load balancer: Application, network and classic (configuration of load balancer and target group) • How to be established load balancer between 2 VPCs. • Cloud-watch, Relational and non-relational data base, static webhosting by S3, route-53, NAT Instance, Transit Gateway, VPN site to site connection, VPC endpoint, Cloud trail, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Cloud formation, Cloud Front (AWS CDN), AWS backup, Billing and Trusted advisor. • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows OS based servers, domain joining of Linux/Windows to our AD servers and network related troubleshooting, AWS system manager for patching and upgrading virtual machines (Linux and windows servers). • Basic knowledge about DevOps tools like Git, Github, Jenkins and Docker.
