Led the initiative to build and refine customer onboarding journey from KYC/AML checks to getting an fully onboarded account created for the customer. Also worked on building a new ledger for customer accounts to maintain latest asset and cash balances.Roles & Responsibilities- Helped another squad with building account ledger and trade settlement for our customer\'s accounts- Created a mini framework to build CSV feeds to be shared with 3rd Party. New feeds can be generated with a few configurations- Implemented paginated APIs for Operations team to help them with their day to day activities on large volumes of customer transactions- Lead the design of aligning product\'s name screening checks with firmwide screening tool, thereby removing the dependency on 3rd party screening provider resulting in cost savings- Engaged with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure name screening initiative was always on track and there are no communication gaps- Helped the team to adopt to infrastructure migration to firmwide standard- Helping team with code reviews, suggesting architectural improvement and establishing better coding practices- Helping new joiners on their onboarding and making sure a smooth transition for them.
