Experience Details- Here I am associated with the Engine design- Working as Sr. Design Engineer with Design team of Engine design- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability- Maintain technical documentation including DFMEA, control plans, and DVP & R- Coordinate with suppliers for tooling, components, and quality validation- Support customer technical reviews and implement design improvements based on feedback- Cad modelling, drawing preparation, new design conceptualization- I am working on Engine parts like piston pin, Hp line, metal pipes, plastic pipes, sheet metal & casting part design etc- Prepare detailed drawings for Part Level, Assembly Level as well as Installation Level- Prepare an Excel sheet, ppt- Design & Development of Engine parts as Nylon Pipes, Metal Pipes, Hoses and Sheet Metal Brackets- Working on Windchill, IMS system- Coordinate with validation team for engine Build.
