Project scope - Delivery of 137 Single Level coaches of value appx $600M to California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) and Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) consisting of Economy, Business/Economy, Café and Cab Coaches; commissioning; testing; warranty; training & manuals; capital spares and special tools. • Making Projects achieving its key milestones of Conditional Acceptance and Final acceptance by resolving critical engineering issues ensuring technical compliances & within QCD targets. • Responsible for making offer for customer change orders and leading the execution as per scope. • Supporting the Coach and system FAI’s and leading the engineering acceptance topics. • Leading the development of Field Modification instructions and Retro fitment on site. • Key Engineering interface between End customer & internal stakeholders (Production engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Project quality, Commissioning and Warranty)
