I started my journey in life sciences at the bench — working with cell cultures, stem cells, and bioprocess development — building a strong foundation in applied science and problem-solving.Recognizing my ability to bridge science with business, I transitioned into a techno-commercial role at HiMedia Laboratories Pvt. Ltd, where I currently lead business across multiple regions in India and international markets (Australia & New Zealand), driving growth through strategic, value-based solutions.As a recognition of my contributions, I was awarded the opportunity to pursue a PhD as part of an industry–academia collaboration with Institute of Chemical Technology. As a PhD Research Scholar, I focus on translating scientific innovation into scalable, real-world impact.I operate at the intersection of science, strategy, and leadership — aligning customer needs, technical expertise, and business goals to deliver meaningful outcomes.
