Dear Readers, I specialize in the comprehensive homologation of Electric Vehicles, covering the complete vehicle certification tesing and pre-homologation. My expertise extends to Traction Battery Packs, motors, chargers, electric propulsion kits(conversion kits) and battery swapping stations also. Skills include: Enrolling for WMI Code under BIS following as per AIS 065 standard. Providing support and documentation to the Admin/Sales team to obtain TC plate. Expertise in offering end-to-end Industrial Design Inputs, Engineering Design inputs, UI/UX inputs, CAE inputs, Sourcing inputs and NPD inputs in line with Homologation requirements and based on physical test conducting methodology at testing agency. Proficiency in Homologation Document Preparation, Budget Estimation, Project Management, People Management, Approval of ECR, Tool Go-ahead for parts covering Homologation insights, SOR signoff, etc. Bare hand knowledge on Variants add on documents for the base model and finalization of test requirements for extension. Established strong rapport and strategies with testing agencies such as ARAI, ICAT, GARC, CIRT, BIS, BUDNI, and third parties like TUV Nord, TUV SUD South Asia, SGS, Wipro Taranga, ATS, UL, etc. and IDIADA, VCA for Export Homologation as well. Expertise in Handling Complete Battery Testing in house as per AIS 156, 038, UN38.3 etc Project Highlights: Successfully certified and homologated the 2Wheeler Moped i.e “Dexpress Mettle” under GSR_291(E) as an Exemption CMVR Category Vehicle under ICAT. Obtained a New Product Development Certificate for the “Elektra Wheel Chair Lifter” under ICAT per (AIS 153). Part of panel discussion for Draft AIS-169/D3, ETD 51 and AIS 126 (Ongoing_Representing BRISK EV) Served as a consultant for GARC\'s \"EV Awareness Campaign\" in Indian engineering colleges, funded by the Department of Heavy Industries (DHI). Played a key role in the E_Tractor project, overseeing post-teardown, benchmarking, design development, proto build, and pre-homologation planning. Also contributed to the E_Tricycle project for AutoNxt Automation in Mumbai. Completed Battery Certification, Electrical Propulsion Kit & Battery Swapping Development test for L5 Cat at ARAI for “RACEnergy”. Represented Simplenergy for pre-homologation of wheelrims at Rockman Industries Ltd, Tirupati. Managed end-to-end homologation for \"Simple ONE & DOT ONE\" models, overseeing all stages from design inputs to market release (Vahan Enrollment), variant add-ons, and FAME II compliance.
