Responsible for international and domestic incoming and outgoing payment transfers as per SLAs• Working on Swift (MT and MX), processing payments for six currencies including manual wires• Providing audit confirmations for clients, and confirming execution of payments• Handling payment investigations including cancellations, recalls, amendments with accuracy• Actively monitoring Firco Continuity for SR7 compliance in coordination with the AML team• Hands-on with banking applications such as T24, Corona, Swift GPI, and Swift Warehouse• Doing daily Nostro Reconciliation, and posting necessary entries to Profit and Loss accounts• Undertaking Treasury deals - Money Market, Security Purchases, and Fund Transfers• Processing FX Swap and Spot deals, Netting settlements, and Blotter check for FX Positions recon• Actively engaged in testing for new releases of various banking applications in UAT environment• Delivering excellent Customer Experience by owning resolution of queries and disputes• Identifying improvements to the team’s processes and support delivery of process improvements• Authorization of payments and entries input by teammates after carefully checking for correctness• Processing the transactions as per ISO 20022 Standards; Validating the files for FINTRAC reporting• Liaising with various correspondent banks, regulatory authorities, and teams across the globe
