Currently pursuing MBA (Business Analytics) at SCMHRD.I am an adaptable and self driven professional with a foundation in engineering and growing expertise in business analytics and strategy. My professional journey began at Mahindra & Mahindra, where I worked as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) in Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA) where I was initially part of the Machine Shop, and later moved to Engine Assembly & Testing as an Assistant Manager, where I focused on quality control methods, root cause analysis, and process improvement in a high-precision manufacturing environment. These experiences honed my understanding of operational efficiency, technical rigor, and data-backed decision-making on the shop floor.To broaden my scope beyond the manufacturing domain, I transitioned to the services sector by joining X-Hawk Multi Services, a company focused on implementing security solutions. In my role as a Sales and Operations Associate, I was responsible for management of clients, developing sales strategies, and coordinating daily operations. I closely worked with clients to understand their requirements and tailor required solutions that met their security needs, while also streamlining internal processes for better service delivery. This role enhanced my interpersonal, operational, and strategic planning skills.Currently, I am pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics from SCMHRD (Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development), where I am building advanced capabilities in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic problem-solving. I am passionate about leveraging data to solve complex business challenges and drive impactful decisions across industries.With a unique blend of technical acumen, operational execution, and analytical thinking, I aspire to work at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology to create value-driven outcomes.
