End to End responsibility of project from concept phase to SOP Project budgeting, resource management and driving cost out proposals. Monitoring & driving all deliverables required to meet the project DR gate completion. Co-ordination with cross functional team for Design release, packaging issues closure, DFMEA closure, CTR sign off, TDKO & TMKO sign off & supplier nominations. Preparation & review system level DFMEA(AIAG & AIAG VDA, FMEA-MSR) with internal CFT & supplier. Cascading component level DFMEA from System level DFMEA Review of ECN / DCR with team, driving for approval from management and tracking the implementation status. Review with CoC and supplier for software FROP plan which helps to map the software maturity for BETA. Identifying the requirement of BETA vehicles required for CoC testing for E&E parts. Vehicle Feature list review and identifying if there is any new requirement of development. Preparing project reports and communication to management team, Bi-weekly review with team on project key milestones and enablers. Component level DVP test planning, material planning, in line with project timeline. BETA vehicles Infotainment issue resolution with the help of CoC. Meeting with IDT & PAT for aggregate level issues closure (SW + HW) to release the FIR/GR. Preparing the inputs for Owner’s manual and Service manual. Responsible for resource management, change management, stakeholder communication, risk assessment, Gate Review and meetings with Sr management. Supplier management including technical evaluation and deliverables across different phases of product development cycle- design, software development, hardware development, tool Development, validation and certifications for Android Auto(AA),CarPlay (CP),Alexa Plan & review engineering changes by seeking periodic inputs from VIG, customers, marketing, manufacturing and service to enhance customer experience & initiate ECN with suppliers for development
