   Import & Logistics Executive – Acetic Acid (International Trade)Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end imports of Acetic Acid from international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery from port to plant.Create and manage Purchase Order Trades for each import shipment, ensuring compliance with trade and procurement policies.Register vessel nominations in the ISOM Portal for GCPL Port and manage vessel demurrage and laytime calculations.Develop and maintain a Monthly Rolling Import Plan aligned with port storage space and ullage availability to minimize demurrage risk.Prepare SCN and STO documents in SAP to record actual Bill of Lading quantities and material receipts.Collaborate closely with the logistics team to optimize ullage and port tank availability for smooth cargo discharge operations.Process all port-related invoices in SAP and ensure timely payments as per agreed payment terms to avoid penalties.Generate daily/weekly stock reports for each plant and port storage tank to forecast dispatch requirements and plan import schedules accordingly and records of Shipper payment date which helps to make payment on time without any penalties accordingly.
