Coordinate with ULBs/Municipal Corporations/Regional commissioner of Municipalities/Gujarat Urban Development Company officials for project progress updates. Oversee the Energy Efficiency LED Street Light Project in various states including Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Gurgaon, Gujarat.3. Prepare monthly invoices for project-related activities.4. Manage the Complaint Management System, including monitoring complaints, coordinating with suppliers, rectifying faults, and ensuring timely closure of complaints.5. Implement effective strategies to avoid penalties on the client due to complaint issues.6. Handle all aspects of operation and maintenance, including public interactions related to electricity theft from street light connections and maintenance issues with street lights on poles.7. Follow up with ULBs (Urban local bodies) for timely payments and ensure realization of payments for the submitted invoices.8. Prepare and submit monthly verification reports showcasing energy savings achieved through LED retrofit compared to baseline consumption.9. Generate uptime reports from the CCMS units for ULBs.10. Supervise annual maintenance works carried out by the project implementation agency by deploying suitable technical and managerial staff.11. Supervise the operations and maintenance activities conducted by the implementing agency during the operational phase.12. Review and assess the quality of service provided by vendors involved in the project.13. Evaluate tenders, ensure they meet feasibility criteria, and handle the tender submission process.
