   In my role as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Mindstix Software Labs, my primary responsibility is to uphold the highest standards of quality for mobile and web applications on various platforms, including iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows for esteemed clients.Collaborate closely with the product team to understand business requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria to create detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, employing techniques such as Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Class Partitioning, etc.Testing methods include Pairwise testing, integration, smoke, sanity, system, end-to-end, retesting, regression, UI, exploratory, random, compatibility, and responsive testing. Additionally, I carry out SDK testing and basic API testing using Postman to affirm the integration and functionality of software applications.The management and documentation of defects are executed using Jira, where I categorize and prioritize them to evaluate application quality swiftly. By using the Zephyr Scale, I consolidate and access test artifacts in a centralized location, promoting effective collaboration and visibility within the team. Furthermore, I create and implement a defect dashboard using Google Sheets, facilitating critical decision-making for build releases and go-live.My responsibilities extend to facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, actively participating in Agile ceremonies, and documenting features and scenarios to provide valuable resources for the development and QA teams. Moreover, I conduct knowledge transfer sessions for new team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to application delivery.
