I am a Technology Analyst with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an ongoing Post Graduation in Business Administration. I stay up-to-date on all of the latest technology and work to learn to my best.My experience includes working with software designs and codes. I have the ability to help perform software tests to ensure everything is working correctly. I also have the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions for the problems faced by business in Application support.Have an industry experience of 3.5 years with Infosys and working with clients includes British Petroleum and Total Energies.I can assist with creating technical designs, offer technical support and help to implement new software and programs. I can monitor programs, look for ways to make improvements and offer suggestions. I am also flexibility to work odd schedules when needed.My interpersonal skills make it easy to work with a team or lead a team by overseeing the staff, assigning tasks and monitoring the workload to ensure everything stays on schedule.
