Handling Acquisition Support & Customer Onboarding is responsible for the execution of all SAFs, Document verification and Broadband Collection for PAN India Installation, activation & service order management activities for all BB customers along with health check of customers for retention purpose. Key Responsibilities : To Ensure timely SAF Registration along with adherence to document guidelines as per Regulatory guidelines To Ensure smooth dedupe process for new acquisition so that to ensure good quality of new sales To Ensure timely data allocation to field team for installation of BB & activation of BB after proper validation of permissible parameters To Ensure health check call to customers to ensure max satisfaction and close-looping for resolution in those case s where customer is facing any issue. SAF Warehousing management and to track 100% of SAF gets stored and scanned within time so that same can be retrieved any time both online and physical Ensuring 100% Collections for Broadband Customers for all segments. Timely Audit of documents on regular basis Total Experience : 18 Years of experience in customer acquisition support & onboarding experience
