I am Skilled in Project management, Business Development and Training, Data management and Monitoring, Networking with stakeholders, and Team management. I have a total of 7 Years experience in the social sector and 5 years in leading a team of professionals to implement program activities with International Civil Society Organization (CSOs) and Government Department. Presently I am working in the field of Social Sector with CARE India to improve inefficient cooking methods of slum/village dweller households. We capacitate households, empower women and create awareness among groups of men and women from low income families to use clean cooking solutions.I am experienced in Coordination with government departments, panchayat bodies, Civil Society, community leaders to ensure better implementation of projects.
