At the moment, I work for BKT Limited as an Engineer in Production in Tire Building department (Bias building section). I have worked in the manufacturing/production industry for 10 years. With my understanding of Total Productive Maintenance and Quality Circle, I am able to manage production, planning, project management, and manufacturing unit in the Tire Building department\'s Truck Bus Bias (TBB) unit.In my previous role with Ceat Limited, I oversaw the department\'s HR & EHS Starcap in addition to heading the Manufacturing unit along with leading in Total Productive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance of Production division in the Tyre Building department for 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler SKUs.
