Reporting to company Director, Plant-head and HOD (Quality), Shall actively be handle customer complaint, In-process quality, Final inspection quality, Vendor Quality through Root-Cause analysis & initiating Corrective/Preventive action through the operation•Respond to customer complaints & Warranty field failure analysis through 8D methodology putting in containment actions, RCA, Customer PPM, Monitoring effectiveness & Full analysis, Mistake proofing and implementing countermeasures•Quality data analysis of customer complaint, internal rejection, product & process audit non-conformance & evaluate risk analysis to established project & improvement plan•Preparing MIS Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report, NC Report) •Determine process stability and capability studies with knowledge of MSA & SPC should be performed on existing processes as well as new process•Drive in the development of new product & document FMEA, PPAP, control plan, PFD, SIPOC & quality plan•Deliver on continuous improvement programs and projects (Six Sigma, Lean, 7 QC-Tool, Kaizen etc.)•Review Layout, Revalidation & parts inspection for Ex- Machining, Casting, Rubber & plastic etc. & drafted reports to detail non-conforming material issues •Cross verifies the documents (Setup approval/first piece approval/in process inspection/ final inspection/ dock audit)•Coordinate pre-launch production trial run process monitoring•Conduct Internal Audit & process audit at in-house as well as supplier end as per standard IATF: 16949/ISO: 9001•Coordinated with quality control staff to complete inspections•Follow quality control standards, methods and procedures to meet compliance requirements•Preparation of SOP & Work instruction, one point lesson, Train the floor team, & ensure standards must be followed•Preparing Supplier rejection summary according to Supplier wise•Implement & maintain lean technique 5’S, Kaizen, Work safety in shop floor
