Lead organization-wide implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 QMS. Plan and conduct internal audits (process, product, system) and layout inspections. Perform SPC, MSA, and process capability studies to ensure process reliability. Conduct operator observation audits and Poison Tests for SOP adherence and shop floor discipline. Deliver On-the-Job Training (OJT) for quality awareness and customer complaint handling. Maintain Customer Complaint Logbook; analyze trends and monitor CAPA effectiveness. Lead 8D analysis, RCA, and CAPA for non-conformities and customer complaints. Monitor and report Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) including scrap, rework, and warranty. Enhance Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through feedback analysis and planning. Track and improve supplier performance through audits, evaluations, and issue closure. Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRMs) to review KPIs and QMS goals. Collaborate with department heads for documentation, data collection, and compliance. Update and display KPI boards (rejection, OEE, dispatch, scrap, accidents, breakdowns, etc.). Coordinate external audits (certification, customer, and regulatory) and prepare APQP, PPAP, FMEA, andcontrol plans. Oversee equipment calibration, and drive plant-wide Kaizen and 5S initiatives. Train cross-functional teams in QMS, problem-solving tools, SOPs, and visual standards. Focus on reducing internal rejections and improving First Pass Yield (FPY). Report directly to the Managing Director and General Manager of the plant with periodic updates andduring MRMs.
