   Role: Senior SI/PI Engineer for Automotive Platforms• Having 3+ working experience on Automotive platforms like ADAS, ADS, IVI, Telematics.Extensively worked in Package BGA ballmap optimization for SerDes interfaces to improve SI performance based on PKG/PCB routing feasibility & Crosstalk performance. Performed Pre layout SI analysis for high speed SerDes interfaces & developed routing guidelines to ensure the system compliance with Industry standards (MIPI, PCI-SIG, VESA, USB) & its design specifications. Performed Post layout SI analysis of PCB designs for high speed SerDes interfaces like PCIe, UFS, USB, DP & Validated the channel performance parameters like TDR, Insertion loss, return loss, Crosstalk, Time-skew, and Eye Diagram. Performed Frequency domain & Transient analysis (Steady state & In-Rush Current profile) of PDN network (Die, PKG, PCB) for high-speed IO & Core power rails. Optimized the power rails routing and decaps count/placement in PKG/PCB to achieve better DC drop, Self-Induced & Coupled AC Noise (Vmin/Vmax). Well Expertise in Simulation methodologies for all SerDes HSIO interfaces (PCIe, UFS, USB, eDP, HSIC, CSI, DSI, SGMII), LSIO interfaces (eMMC, SDC, SPI, RGMII, I2C/I3C, Sound wire) and Some RF interfaces (RFFE, Analog IQ, Clock). Well Expertise and familiar with most of the industry standard simulation tools like Ansys HFSS, HFSS3DL, SIwave, Q3D; Cadence PowerSI, Clarity 3D, PowerDC; Synopsys Hspice, Waveview and Keysight ADS.
