I am working as a IT Support Specialist at JTEKT India Ltd. through Comnet Innovation Pvt. Ltd- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software and network-related issues- Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals- Perform system upgrades and software installations, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company policies- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory- Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues- Provide guidance and training to end-users on system usage and best practices- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
