At Sngular, we help organisations move from fragmented AI initiatives to structured, secure, and scalable AI operating models that deliver real business value. My focus is supporting CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and Chief AI leaders in assessing AI maturity across their organisations, designing enterprise AI governance frameworks, and building scalable operating models that allow AI to move safely from pilot projects into enterprise-wide deployment.
