Experienced in leading and motivating technical teams, I\'m an avid problem solver and visionary who enjoys employing the fundaments of engineering to solve technical and business problems. As an engineer, leader, and supervisor of teams with 13 years of experience in the Oil Sands industry, I enjoy promoting continuous improvement and out-of-the-box thinking to solve technical challenges.
