I am working in Ninjacart as a Senior Strategy and Program Manager for the reseller business. I plan growth strategies to onboard resellers on the platform, solutionize products in Fintech and Lending space and collaborate with multiple stakeholders for product scaling. At SKF India as a State Head of Chhattisgarh for Vehicle Aftermarket Business, I manage and drive business growth across 20+ districts of Chhattisgarh by actively engaging with channel partners and retailers. I overlooked the setup and implementation of a new digital distribution system focused on growing direct retailer reach & and wider SKU promotion.Before that, I completed MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon. I did my summer internship with Aviva India where I worked in Data Analytics on a customer retention project. I have completed my graduation in B.Com (Honours) in Management from IEHE, Barkatullah University, Bhopal. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience in leading multiple teams and developed my interpersonal skills.Being a business enthusiast, I have done internships and live projects with organizations like Swiggy, Tapan Mukherjee and Consultants, Edugyaan, and Roast Media pvt. ltd. and Kalpataru Multiplier Ltd. to enrich my knowledge.I have also worked as an academic support volunteer with Make A Difference, a National NGO which works to ensure equitable outcomes for children in shelter homes across India. I have been an active participant in extra-curricular activities like table tennis, and swimming and have won various inter-college dance competitions which have helped in my holistic development.
