Business Professional with 15+ years of experience in various roles and responsibilities with experience spanning across industries and geographies.I commenced my professional career in consulting with a Global Professional Services firm that helped me quickly gain a diverse and rich experience of reviewing and enhancing business processes across various industries (e.g. Flavors & Fragrances, Automobile, FMCG, Automobiles, Textiles etc.) and geographies. Deeply fascinated and attracted by the Food & Beverage industry, I decided to continue my professional journey with a global Flavor & Fragrance company, leading their Internal Audit and Risk Assessment function for Asia and IMA regions.Since then I progressed quickly transitioning from Internal Audit to Finance controlling and business partnering functions for Asia Pacific with increased responsibilities every 2 years. With increasing business acumen and leadership qualities, I am now responsible to lead the Strategic Transformation Function within the Flavors Division of Firmenich Asia Region with the objective of driving sustainable and profitable growth for the region by both organic and inorganic means.
