Utilized various applicant tracking systems and online recruitment resources including internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), DICE, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Google searches. Manage the tracking and documentation of all open positions, candidate applications and requisite metrics of recruiting success. Source qualified candidates via direct sourcing & effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies. Handle all aspects of hiring process for full-time and temporary technical openings for all levels of IT and Non IT positions. Understanding of technology skills and ability to map them to business requirements. Good working experience on working on job boards like Dice, Corp-Corp, CB Monster. Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references. Maintaining and updating a large database of resumes used for current and future job placement.
