Responsible for handling and supporting Banking/Reliance Petrochemical/Reliance digital/Trends/DEN/Hathway Enterprise network sites. Our typical day work constitutes of troubleshooting, analysis and resolution of complex network issues for individual enterprise customer. Troubleshooting on CISCO 920/901 ASR series router/RAD Switch/Tech route switch forenterprise customer. Use Citrix, Xshell, Putty software for remote access to AG2, AG1 and CSS/ESR site and provide support for CISCO router. Perform end to end troubleshooting on MPLS Ethernet (Fiber),ILL (Leased line), SIP Trucking as per the design of network. Provide support to concern team (Filed team /Customer facing team/LC) for immediate restoration of the link. Troubleshoot on configuration,link down issue, latency, FEB issue, ERPS issue, ODU to POE troubleshooting, Laptop testing to confirm the port status of customer router, Checking path to path to isolate the issue like fiber cut by analysis of threshold etc. Escalating the case to filed team/upper management to restore the issue link fiber cut /Utility issue. Handling escalations from customer facing team provide them update regarding their issue
