I am currently employed as Senior Instructional Designer (Strategy Design) with Excel-soft Technologies and looking to continue my present line of work in technology-enhanced course design, curriculum development, and learning evaluation process with organization committed to elearning services. With over 15-years of experience in education, as instructional designer and technical writer, has involved applying training theory to develop materials for technology and learning support over web-based, ILT, blended, video-based and mobile learning programs. My practice model encompasses a process of assessing client needs through needs analysis research, developing materials based on those needs, and at times conducting an evaluations in order to confirm learning objectives have been met. Over the years, I have performed and excelled in various organizational roles and been associated from storyboarding to grafting the course metrics; training the new entrants and team-building; managing production and delivery schedules; and working closely with the business units and vendors to successfully launch and course roll-out.
