Analyze client\'s plant demand and negotiate with suppliers to convert purchase order, ensuring optimal scaling price and effective cost savings in accordance with suppliers purchase information records. Create, amend and close purchase orders. Update supplier details and requirements using SAP and Ariba. Monitor stock availability with local suppliers, execute Stock Transfer Order (STO) and Inter-company Stock Transfer Order (ISTO). Invoice management in Ariba B&I and PO tracking in Ariba SCC. Managing incoming and outgoing movement of materials. Ensuring all materials are delivered on time. Regularly monitor PR to PO file, OOR, Past due order & POA providing detailed insight to management. As an SME, Trained all team members after joining and helped with queries Anytime. Engage with both team members and clients during meeting to propose enhance procurement efficiency.
