Resolve client issue through the escalation matrix.Responsibilities & Key Deliverables• Process Request - Work as part of a team, ensuring all request received via telephone, & electronically are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt. • Effectively lead and manage the day to day operations of the Account Receivable’s unit• Ensure that all customer queries, Service queries, deliveries, and invoices are resolved satisfactorily.• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource• Driving process improvement around Customer Service• Reconciling clients account statements, contracts, usage, and payments through the system.• Respond to client’s / sales queries related to invoicing / contract issues• Ensure day to day challenges for collecting old dues• Follow up with Key Account managers for customers old dues and clearance
