Worked on plumbing, electrical, painting to make the room. • Co ordinated the changing of all door locks in the property. • Planning, scheduling and coordinating contractors for planned and unplanned maintenance. • Dealt with emergency situations like pipe bursts, stuck lifts, fire alarms, etc. • Carried out Duty manager shifts and have experience working with Opera PMS and Unifocus systems. • Reviewed quotes for all types of jobs and supplies. • Procuring and Budgeting for all maintenance requirements in the entire property. • Making sure we are 100% compliant with all regulations at all times.
