I am a Research and Development Engineer at HPL Electric and Power Limited with Plastics My expertise lies in designing and developing new products using empirical data and implementing systematic and analytic problem-solving methods to make evidence-based technical decisions. In my current role, I have developed standards, procedures, tooling, and fixtures for preliminary test equipment, resulting in more efficient assembly processes. I coordinate with 3rd party testing laboratories to certify newly developed products and vendors to transform designs into required prototypes and products. Additionally, I participate in the initial prototype phase of new products, their verification and validation testing, resulting in innovative and effective solutions.
