I’m a Data Analytics & AI Leader with a little over 10 years of experience helping businesses turn messy, scattered data into clear, reliable insights they can actually use. My career has mostly been in BFSI, telecom, and digital products, where I’ve led BI modernisation, reporting automation, and customer‑centric data initiatives.Right now, I work as a Tech Program Manager at Foundever, coordinating data, BI, and infrastructure teams across India and international markets. A big part of my role is fixing broken or manual data processes, improving data governance, and making sure leaders get accurate, timely information without endless firefighting. Before this, I led analytics at Shriram Finance (Novac), where I co‑led a Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiative, automated large chunks of financial and marketing reporting, and helped save over a thousand hours of manual effort every year.I’m hands‑on with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Azure (ADF, Databricks), SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Python, and Google Analytics, but I’m equally comfortable driving conversations with business, product, and leadership teams. I enjoy sitting at the intersection of tech and business—translating requirements, stabilizing reporting, and making sure analytics actually influences decisions, not just decks.I’m currently based in Hyderabad and open to roles across GCC region, especially where there’s a need to modernise BI, build or scale data platforms, and improve decision‑making through better data processes and governance.If your team is looking for someone who can both understand the data and own the delivery, I’d be happy to connect.

   At Foundever, I support multiple transformation and data programs across BFSI and telecom clients. My work involves both hands-on responsibilities and leadership tasks: Coordinate with infrastructure, data engineering and BI teams for deployment and automation of data management solutions. Work closely with Middle East & international teams and act as an escalation point for data requests, reporting issues and operational bottlenecks. Define processes for data collection, governance, security and reporting to make sure data remains reliable, accurate and compliant. Implement secure and efficient procedures for data extraction, validation, and sharing across leadership teams and business units. Assess existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to reduce manual work and improve delivery quality. Support budgeting, software procurement, and planning of upcoming data initiatives and transformation programs. Train teams on data collection and reporting methods to increase self-sufficiency. Designed the logic and workflow for a technical query-resolution chatbot to help engineers diagnose issues faster and reduce manual intervention.
