   Conduct detailed inspections to identify defects, incomplete works, or quality issues in civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.Prepare snag lists (snag reports) based on inspections and consultant/client feedback.Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and QA/QC team to ensure rectification of snags.Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards for all identified snags.Photographic documentation of all snags and their locations.Follow up on snag closure and maintain updated records of open and closed items.Verify completed rectifications and ensure all snags are properly resolved.Conduct re-inspections with consultants/client representatives for snag closures.Prepare de-snagging reports and get approvals for closure.Ensure that no further defects or issues remain before project handover.Participate in final walkthroughs and handover inspections.Maintain records of snagging checklists, inspection requests (IRs), prerequisite checklist(PRC), and method statements.Submit snagging and de-snagging status reports to QA/QC manager and client.Liaise with consultants, site teams, and subcontractors for timely completion of snagging works.Attend snagging coordination meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).Ensure compliance with project quality plans and handover procedures.Assist in preparing project completion and closeout documents.
