In this position I work within the ExactTarget Services team to provide support to customers in the process of developing, coding and launching complex email campaigns and associated landing pages. • Developing and maintaining large volumes of deadline-driven email campaigns and configured and assets. • Present high-level overviews of the Exact Target Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities • Support ExactTarget Marketing Cloud Solution Consultants with sales opportunities by validating solutions • Implemented the V5 Connector between the sales cloud and then upgraded to Multi – Org BU Connector. • Use Exact Target and Salesforce to project manage and schedule emails based on client needs. • Has Done IP warming and whitelisting the IP addresses. • Has In-depth knowledge about various Deliverability issues. • Create, manage and present an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s business needs to that of the ExactTarget Marketing Cloud Solution. • Hands on experience with gathering the requirements and preparing the required documentation of the Business teams as well as Developer Versions. • In addition, I am responsible for collaborating with members of various Services teams to test functional and rendering quality for new solutions, and for preparing the ongoing program for execution by either the customer or an ExactTarget Campaign team. • Automated the Imports, Extracts and Query activity Using the Automation Studio.
