ABOUT RAHUL BANTIYA

I\'m Rahul Bantiya, and for the past decade, I\'ve been scaling business growth and revenue across multiple B2C consumer tech businesses in India, all driven by strategic and data-driven thinking. At present, I am a Director of Marketing at Pocket FM, an audio storytelling platform redefining entertainment for 130M+ listeners worldwide. Before this, I co-founded Sahaj Gaming, where we reimagined Indian board games and built a next-generation real-money gaming experience tailor-made for Indian audiences. Prior to that, I led Revenue Growth & Retention at RummyCircle (Games24x7), India\'s largest online rummy platform. I contributed to a 3x growth in revenues, from 800Cr. to 2400Cr. RummyCircle is a significant part of the Games24x7 game portfolio, valued at a remarkable $2.5 billion. For 4 years before that, I had my 1st entrepreneurial stint at LifCare, an online subscription pharmacy startup, valued at over $60 million. We achieved a remarkable milestone of over 3 million transacting users and a staggering 100x growth in revenues within just 3 years. Notably, we secured significant funding from renowned VC firms like Nexus Ventures and SAIF Partners (now Elevation), totaling $17 million. Before startups, I was a Management Consultant at Zinnov, where I advised global tech firms in their globalisation strategies. I setup the 1st startup accelerator for Airbus in India too! An alumnus of IIM Lucknow (Batch of 2014), I also hold a degree in computer science engineering from BMSCE, Bangalore. Outside of work, you\'ll find me passionately exploring the globe, having discovered 90+ international cities across 29 countries.
