Evaluation of SC processes at factory and Warehouses and efficiency monitoring• Timely month closing & ensure zero difference between book stock (SAP Stock) with physical stock.• Material issue to the Production and other department• Ensure no production loss due to Material unavailability• To ensure not to exceed the new bottle and PM material consumption as per budgeted norms by regular Follow up with old bottle supplier to maximum the old bottle inflow to reduce the Cost.• Making GRN and timely submit the freight bill On time Vendor Payments and grievance redressal.• Material planning as per monthly PGP, Raising PO & timely providing PO to respective vendor with weekly dispatch plan.• Regular follow up with scrap vendor for scrap lifting and generate E way bill.• Daily circulation of MIS Report, Random sampling report,old bottle tracker report, Can planning.• Supporting internal and external Audits.• Send the Service order Request to HO for Remove the discontinued material form inventory.• Generate the new vendor code, customer code and new material through MDM.
