I am currently working on EPC 1 X 1200 MTPD DAP-NPK Plant. Previously, I worked on the EPC Petrochemical Plant division for a 1 X 425 MTPD Ammonium Nitrate Melt Plant at RCF Limited, Trombay (commissioned), ensuring timely project execution through optimal resource management, technical oversight, and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams to meet strict timelines and quality benchmarks.Key Responsibilities: • Procurement Management (TBE/CBE): Conducted technical and commercial evaluations (TBE, CBE), negotiated and finalized vendor agreements, and built strong vendor relationships for project efficiency.• Erection of Site: Spearheaded site development operations with PM & RCM, supporting teams to ensure timely, efficient erection activities aligned with project requirements.• Installation of Critical Equipment: Oversaw the procurement, installation, and integration of critical equipment, adhering to project timelines and performance benchmarks.• Site Documentation Work: Directed the documentation process for site activities, ensuring all reports, permits, and records were meticulously maintained and readily accessible.• PMO Management and Site Team Zero Error Coordination: Ensured zero-error coordination across site teams, maintaining clear communication channels and robust risk management practices through PMO.• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning: Provided exhaustive support during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, coordinating closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams to meet all functional and safety parameters.• Licensor Engagement: Maintained active collaboration with licensors, leveraging insights to align operations with licensor requirements and enhance project performance.• PGTR (Performance Guarantee Test Run): Provided optimum support for the performance guarantee test run, monitoring plant operations to validate compliance with client performance standards and operational reliability metrics.
