   Responsible for entire onboarding process for all new Clients at GlobalStep across all locations.• Reviewing all the Work Authorization Document / Statement of Work for the existing Clients prepared by any of my colleagues from AR team.• Responsible for coordinating with the Operations team and receiving data required to update the online Spend Tracker for various Clients.• Responsible for preparing and sending out Invoices for the Clients allocated to me on a timely basis based upon their Invoicing cycle.• Responding to all escalation emails received from the Clients on a regular and timely basis.• Responsible for entire collections for all Clients at GlobalStep across all locations and to raise an alarm for specific Clients whose overdue amounts are large, are in 60 + days bucket and are not responding to our payment follow-up emails.• Responsible for sending a weekly Collection Status Report along with the payment Receipts to higher Management.• Responsible for monitoring and managing all Invoice Summary Sheets for all locations (US, UK, Montreal & Romania) been updated by my colleagues from AR team.• Responsible for reviewing Sales Register for every month-end for all Entities.• Monitoring the day-to-day team activities to ensure that all the emails (Client or Internal) are being actioned and responded on a regular and timely basis to help the higher Management to understand the billing and collection status on a regular basis.• Coordinating with the AP team on a regular basis to ensure that the payment receipts are been received on a regular basis.• Helping my colleagues on their queries as and when asked by them.
