At Pratt and Whiney, we believe that powered flight will continue to transform the world in global aerospace industry with the world’s most advanced aircraft engines.At Pratt & Whitney Canada Leasing (P & WCL), we maintain the largest pool of P&W rental engines and APUs & provide rental solutions as well as used and new engine salesOur inventory serves as the largest repository of used engine sales and exchanges for customers & also providing new engine spares and exchanges through its popular Fleet Enhancement Program (FEP) and freshly overhauled engine sales through the SMART program.In Customer Service and Aftermarket, we establish our products & services as per customer\'s choice by delivering Engines and service dependability.In my role of Senior Rental planner and Market Analyst, I am ensuring the availability and reliability of our rental fleet for Turbofan & APU market, coordinating maintenance activities working with rental admins to ensure Engine serviceability.Responsibilities-1.Fleet Serviceability and Availability: Ensuring the rental fleet’s serviceability and availability to support customers. This involves a comprehensive understanding of inventory levels and requirements for my Fleet.2.Maintenance Coordination: Building and maintaining working relationships within the P & WC Network, including Internal Shops and DOFs, is crucial. Tracking maintenance events as they progress through shops maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime.3.Operational Reviews: Participating in weekly reviews ensures alignment with strategic goals for monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement.4.Process Mapping and Continuous Improvement: Managing process mapping supports continuous improvement activities related to customer experience. Contributing to maintenance cost reduction initiatives.5.Leadership and Motivation: Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment helps exceed expectations and deliver results.
