Have assisted clients in digital strategy formulation and review, digital risk maturity assessment, business process and technology improvement, technology vendor evaluations and project management.Have also been deeply involved in building and managing the digital transformation & digital risk service line which included design of service offerings, creation of comprehensive collaterals and business development.Selected Engagements:• Performed digital strategy review for one of the largest luxury hotel chains in India. Key responsibilities were to assess and align the digital strategy with industry trends & best practices and suggest digital adoption opportunities across processes. • Assisted a leading pharmaceutical company in India to design their end state IT architecture and implementation roadmap. • Performed current state assessment of the document management landscape for a leading IT / ITES company in India. The assessment included analysis of document management inefficiencies, costs of managing the documents, geographic / regulatory constraints and disparate systems. Designed the end state vision for a paperless and architecture-less document management landscape basis the assessment.• Performed digital risk maturity assessment as a part of review of the Risk Management Function for one of the largest private banks in India.
