Hi there!I am pursuing my MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and actively seeking full-time opportunities- HR is an ever-growing and changing industry. Besides recruitment and payroll, HR builds the culture of the company, employee relations, and solves their problems to make people\'s work life easier. This fuels my passion for human resources- As a learning and development intern at Middle Earth HR, I designed instructional modules on managing team performance using Camtasia, created outbound training collateral supported by market research, and researched emerging compensation and benefits trends for the company’s Knowledge Centre- At Shining Media, I worked as a freelance recruiter. My responsibilities included developing enticing job descriptions for writing positions, attracting qualified candidates through various channels, and screening resumes- At KRSH Foundation, as a psychology knowledge analyst, I conducted extensive research on employee motivation, leadership styles, and workplace dynamics. I wrote informative articles on organizational psychology to educate readers and raise awareness of its significance in organizations- My role as the Professional Service Director in Rotaract exposed me to various skills like networking, teamwork, communication, and project management- Internship at Reliance Industries Limited, Jamnagar, gave me a glimpse into how HR handles recruitment, succession planning, compensation, and benefits- I usually spend my time painting and meditating. In addition to this, I love playing sports. I have a penchant for volunteering, especially when it involves assisting people with their professional development. I have been associated with Rotaract—a nonprofit organization—for over a year as the professional service director.
