My lending expertise is primarily focused on formulating long-term business growth strategies, structuring complex commercial loans, merger and acquisition analysis and business succession / tax planning.Town Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WTFC), a multi-bank, financial services holding company with assets exceeding $55 billion, as of June 2023. Town Bank services customers located in the greater southern Wisconsin metropolitan area with offices spanning from Madison to Milwaukee. We have a local management team who leads by focusing on a superior client experience that you would find at a community bank but also has all the sophisticated resources that would be available at a national bank.
