CAREER HIGHLIGHTS- Led projects for HR, payroll, and safety systems, identifying 300 new defects in the payroll software ahead of launch at head office in Dallas. Built report summarizing test progress and outstanding defects, providing a go-to information source for project managers. Acted in a senior project role for Shaw Communications’ STPNet 2.0 project, relying on relationships built with developers to overcome failing smoke tests. Recommended new testing procedures between project and sustainment teams, decreasing knowledge transfer time.
