Oversee the operational coordination and management of 18 studies, 600K € per year in France, from proposal submission the final report.•Lead the project management of studies ensuring compliance with project management guidelines, applicable regulations, and internal processes to enable the timely delivery of studies.•Monitor and share study status updates with local and global teams, and proactively identify and mitigate risk.•Negotiates contracts and budgets with external partners (investigators/ promotors/ CRO) and ensure budget management and tracking (phasing, variance, invoicing).•Manage drug forecast and supply for external sponsors and escalate risks/issues and propose mitigations/corrective and preventative actions.•Prepare, and present the external study project to the local and global teams for evaluation.•Provide sponsors with adequate information and documents for regulatory submissions.•Lead effective collaboration and communications between internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g, Investigator’s meeting, KOL engagement, scientific meeting) to enable high-quality research projects.•Provide training on global scientific /medical strategies and global procedures for externally sponsored research projects, particularly in the context of integrating new collaborators within the medical affairs department and during the implementation of new platforms and tools.•Work in close collaboration with the MSL or the therapeutic area director to discuss partnership opportunities and/or provide operational advice on projects with external partners (ex: investigators and/or hospitals).•Maintain studies in Veeva Clinical Vault system, ensuring completeness of all essential documentation.•Attend medical seminars to identify opportunities for potential external research collaborations. Write a scientific argument and SOPs.•Internally share learning from publications, external conference presentations, and other appropriate channels.
